     My career in waterproofing commenced in Vancouver in 2001, where I focused on building envelope remediation, leak investigation, and targeted repairs for strata management companies. During this period, I gained valuable experience dealing with the challenges of the leaky condo crisis, enhancing my expertise in effectively addressing water penetration issues in buildings.


    Having navigated through that critical period, I have developed a profound understanding of the expectations of engineers and product representatives.     Some of the more common questions I get asked?

    I am a cold applied liquid waterproofing specialist. That is a fancy way of saying I'm a roofer that deals in cold applied waterproofing, no flame required.

    There are many forms of waterproofing going from below ground damp proofing all the way up to over living space waterproofing. There are different levels depending on what you need. Our specialty is cold applied products that keep water out of your building. 

    Yes it can. PMMA can be integrated into this system or even replace it all together
